SAFETY ALERT! Please do not drop your child off before 7:30 a.m. on Tuesdays/Barretts and Wednesday/Carman Trails Honors Orchestra. For your child's safety, they need to wait by the Office, if they arrive early. They should come directly upstairs to the Orchestra room, if they arrive at the correct time. I arrive at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesdays for Barretts or Wednesdays for Carman Trails. Keep me posted regarding any concerns you have about this issue. As always, your children are very precious treasures to me. grothermich@pkwy.k12.mo.us http://www.galaxystrings.com |

2009-2010 BARRETTS CLASSES START TUESDAY, September 8, 2009 in the Orchestra Room 7:40 a.m. CARMAN CLASSES START WEDNESDAY, September 2, 2008 in the Orchestra Room 7:40 a.m.
This is a group for those who want to play more than they can during the daytime class and are self-motivated. Practicing is required. Music and instrument are required at each rehearsal. The student has to be a member of the daytime string program in good standing. After any five absences, the child will no longer be in Honor's Orchestra. Enthusiasm and practice at home will be essential to the success of this group. Fourth graders do not know how to read music but will learn rapidly provided they practice on a regular basis. We do have lots of fun. See my Web site for information, dates and cancellations. http://www.galaxystrings.com My child__________________________________________ can participate in Honor's Orchestra.
